BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. Ordinance 15697, Section 2, is hereby amended to read as follows:
The vacation approved by this ordinance is subject to the following condition:
That all future maintenance of the stormwater drainage features located
within the vacation area shall be the responsibility of the petitioner ((Marcus Womersley, his)) Koren Koubourlis, her successors or assigns.
