AN ORDINANCE changing the name of the Val Vue Sewer District to the Valley View District.

STATEMENT OF FACTS
1.  The Board of Commissioners of the Val Vue Sewer District has determined that it would be in the best interests of the district to change its name to the Valley View Sewer District.
2.  The district filed Resolution 2007-1 with the metropolitan King County council on February 16, 2007, resolving to change the name of the district from Val Vue Sewer District to Valley View Sewer District.
      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The metropolitan King County council approves the change in
 
name of the district from Val Vue Sewer District to Valley View Sewer District, in accordance with RCW 57.04.065.
