      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

      SECTION 1.  This ordinance does hereby adopt and incorporate herein as its findings and conclusions the findings and conclusions contained in the revised report and recommendation of the hearing examiner dated April 9, 2007, to approve, subject to conditions, the preliminary plat of Uhlig Subdivision, department of development and

environmental services file no L05P0016, and the council does hereby adopt as its decision the recommendation contained in said report.
