A MOTION authorizing King County department of adult and juvenile detention to accept a donation for the juvenile welfare fund from Charlotte Keeton, Community Involvement Coordinator for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.; the value of this donation is fifty dollars.

      WHEREAS, Charlotte Keeton, Community Involvement Coordinator for Wal-Mart, Stores, Inc., wishes to make a donation to benefit youth at the juvenile detention facility, and

      WHEREAS, the department of adult and juvenile detention would like to accept the donation of fifty dollars for purposes of providing nonmandatory purchases to benefit youth;

      NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:

      The department of adult and juvenile detention is authorized to accept the

donation of fifty dollars from Charlotte Keeton, Community Involvement Coordinator for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
