AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $205,000 to the CIP CX transfers to facilitate park property replacement; and amending the 2006 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 15333, Section 43, as amended.

      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

      SECTION 1.  Ordinance 2006-XXXX (Proposed Ordinance 2006-0029) authorizing the sale of a one acre portion of Marymoor park for a roadway improvement project will increase current expense fund balance by $205,000.  This roadway improvement project was the subject of a 2001 interlocal agreement between the city of Redmond and King County.  The appropriation in Section 2 of this ordinance provides for the transfer of the current expense revenue in support of the Ravensdale trail acquisition project budget approved in the 2005 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 15083.

      SECTION 2.  Ordinance 15333, Section 43, as amended,is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting the following:
