      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The memorandum of agreement negotiated between King County and Service Employees International Union, Public Safety Employees, Local 519 (Non-Commissioned) representing employees in the King County sheriff's office and establishing the effective date of said agreement and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective through and including December 31, 2006.
