      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The memorandum of agreement negotiated between King County and International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 117 (Professional & Technical Employees Unit) representing employees in the departments of executive services and natural resources and parks and establishing the effective date of said agreement and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective through and including December 31, 2006.
