      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The memorandum of agreement negotiated between King County and International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 117 (Joint Crafts Council, Construction Crafts - Appendix N) representing security screeners in the department of executive services and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.  It modifies the existing collective bargaining agreement between the parties which expires December 31, 2005.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from ratification by council.
