AN ORDINANCE reversing the recommendation of denial of the hearing examiner and approving, subject to conditions (modified), the Redmond Ridge East Urban Planned Development permit application of The Quadrant Corporation, designated department of development and environmental services file No. L02UPD01, and authorizing execution of a development agreement.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. This ordinance hereby adopts the council findings, conclusions and decision for the Redmond Ridge East UPD and subdivision, which is Attachment A to this ordinance and incorporated herein by reference, including all attachments thereto, and the council does hereby reverse the recommendation of denial of the hearing examiner and does hereby approve the Urban Planned Development ("UPD") permit application of The Quadrant Corporation for Redmond Ridge East, designated department of development and environmental services file No. L02UPD01, subject to conditions as set forth in section 2 of this ordinance.
SECTION 2. The terms and conditions as set forth in the "Final Revised Redmond Ridge East UPD Permit," which is Exhibit 1 to Attachment A to this ordinance, are hereby adopted as conditions of preliminary plat approval, as applicable to each final plat division of Redmond Ridge East.
SECTION 3. The King County executive is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with The Quadrant Corporation that permits construction of the Redmond Ridge East UPD in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Urban Planned Development Permit as adopted and amended in section 2 of this ordinance.
SECTION 4. The Redmond Ridge East UPD permit shall not become effective
unless and until the council passes a motion substantially in the form of the motion appended hereto as Exhibit 2 to Attachment A to this ordinance.
