WHEREAS, a vacancy in commissioner position 2, water district 125 occurred when a resignation occurred effective June 27, 2002, and
WHEREAS, the vacancy for this position was not filled within the ninety-day statutory period under RCW 42.12.070;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
Gary Johnson is hereby appointed to the vacancy for commissioner position 2 on the King County water district 125 board of commissioners.
