      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  There is hereby approved and adopted a supplemental appropriation of $81,331 to the superior court and a $81,331 disappropriation from the current expense salary and wage contingency to implement the collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and the Local 2084SC-S (Superior Court Supervisors - Wages Only).
      SECTION 2.  Ordinance 14265, Section 30, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein:
      SUPERIOR COURT- From the current expense fund there is hereby appropriated to:
      Superior court      $81,331
      SECTION 3.  Ordinance 14265, Section 37, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
      SALARY AND WAGE CONTINGENCY - From the current expense fund there
 
is hereby disappropriated from:
      Salary and wage contingency      ($81,331)
