AN ORDINANCE appropriating $81,331 from the current expense fund salary and wage contingency, to the superior court implementing the collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and Local 2084SC-S (Superior Court Supervisors - Wages Only); and amending the 2002 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14265, Sections 30 and 37, as amended.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. There is hereby approved and adopted a supplemental appropriation of $81,331 to the superior court and a $81,331 disappropriation from the current expense salary and wage contingency to implement the collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and the Local 2084SC-S (Superior Court Supervisors - Wages Only).
SECTION 2. Ordinance 14265, Section 30, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein:
SUPERIOR COURT- From the current expense fund there is hereby appropriated to:
Superior court $81,331
SECTION 3. Ordinance 14265, Section 37, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
SALARY AND WAGE CONTINGENCY - From the current expense fund there
