Body

STATEMENT OF FACTS:

For the lease from Curran Properties, located at 17620 140th Avenue South East, Renton, within council district nine, the facilities management division determined that there was not an appropriate county-owned option and successfully negotiated to lease space.

Properties, substantially in the form of Attachment A to this ordinance, and to take all actions necessary to implement the terms of the lease.
