                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and Washington State Nurses Association (Staff Nurses - Departments: Public Health, Adult & Juvenile Detention (Juvenile Detention)) representing employees in the aforementioned departments, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2020 through and including December 31, 2020.
