A RESOLUTION amending the rules and operating procedures of the King County Flood Control Zone District to change the regular meeting time of the District board and executive committee, and to insert a process for hiring and oversight of District employees; and amending FCZD2019-01, Attachment A, as amended.

WHEREAS, the board of supervisors of the King County Flood Control District ("District") desires to amend its rules and operating procedures to change the regular meeting times of the District board and executive committee and to change the rules relating to telephonic meeting participation; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE KING COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT:
SECTION 1. The rules and operating procedures of the King County Flood Control Zone District, as amended by Attachment A to this resolution, which amends Sections 2C., 6.A, 6.B, and 8.B of the rules and operating procedures, are adopted.
