Title

A MOTION accepting the Permitting Already-Built Construction Program Plan, as required by the 2019-2020 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 18835, Section 81, Proviso P1.

Body

                     WHEREAS, in the 2019-2020 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 18835, Section 81, Proviso P1, the King County council adopted and the executive approved, a proviso encumbering a total of $100,000 from planning and permitting fund and requiring a permitting already built construction program plan be transmitted by June 29, 2019; and

                     WHEREAS, the permitting division of the department of local services has submitted the Permitting Already-Built Construction Program Plan consistent with the requirements in the proviso;

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:

                     The Permitting Already-Built Construction Program Plan in Attachment A to this motion is hereby accepted.
