A MOTION authorizing the chair to enter into an amendment to the Contract for Accounting Services.
Body
WHEREAS, the King County Flood Control Zone District ("the District") has entered into a Contract for Accounting Services with Francis & Company, PLLC, and
WHEREAS, the District desires to amend the contract as set forth in Attachment A to this motion;
now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE KING COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT:
SECTION 1. The chair of the King County Flood Control Zone District is
authorized to enter into the 2019 Amendment to Contract for Accounting Services, Attachment A to this motion.
