BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. This ordinance does hereby adopt and incorporate herein as its findings and conclusions the findings and conclusions contained in Attachment A to this ordinance, the report and recommendation of the hearing examiner dated April 4, 2019, to approve subject to conditions, the application for public benefit rating system assessed valuation for open space submitted by William and Sharon McCullough for property located at west of and adjacent to 16655 466th Place SE, North Bend, WA, designated department of natural resources and parks, water and land resources division file no.
