STATEMENT OF FACTS:
For the property located at 3001 NE 4th Street, Renton, Washington, located within council district nine, the facilities management division completed the surplus property, affordable housing and public notice requirements.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. The executive is authorized to convey the 3001 NE 4th Street surplus property to the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges on behalf of Renton Technical College consistent with a purchase and sale agreement
substantially in the form of Attachment A to this ordinance and to take all actions necessary to implement the terms of the purchase and sale agreement.
