STATEMENT OF FACTS:

For the lease from Southcenter Corporate Square, LLC, located at 645 Andover Park W, Tukwila, Washington, within council district five, the facilities management division determined that there was not an appropriate county-owned option and successfully negotiated to lease space.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The executive is authorized to execute a lease for the property located at 645 Andover Park W, Tukwila, with Southcenter Corporate Square, LLC,

substantially in the form of Attachment A to this ordinance, and to take all actions necessary to implement the terms of the lease.
