Title
A MOTION assigning position numbers to the council's appointments filling judicial vacancies in the southeast division of King County district court.
Body
WHEREAS, on April 11, 2017, the King County council adopted Motion 14842 appointing Matthew York to fill a vacant judicial position in the southeast division of King County district court, and
WHEREAS, on April 11, 2017, the King County council adopted Motion 14843 appointing Jason Poydras to fill a second vacant judicial position in the southeast division of King County district court;
WHEREAS, those motions did not designate the judicial position numbers for which Matthew York and Jason Poydras were appointed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
A. Matthew York was appointed by the King County Council to fill the vacancy in judicial position number five in the southeast division of King County district court.
B. Jason Poydras was appointed by the King County Council to fill the vacancy in judicial position number six in the southeast division of King County district court.
