BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. This ordinance makes a supplemental appropriation of $750,000 to several appropriation units for immigrant and refugee programs.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 18409, Section 45, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows:
GENERAL FUND TRANSFER TO DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND HUMAN SERVICES - From the general fund there is hereby appropriated to:

SECTION 3. Ordinance 18409, Section 89, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows:

ER1 EXPENDITURE RESTRICTION:
Of this appropriation, $250,000 shall be expended or encumbered solely to contract with Solid Ground for the operation of Connect Up and Homelessness Prevention programming.
