                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  This ordinance does hereby adopt and incorporate herein as its findings and conclusions the findings and conclusions contained in attachment A to this ordinance, the report and recommendation of the hearing examiner dated April 5, 2017, to approve subject to conditions, the application for public benefit rating system assessed valuation for open space submitted by Christophersen, Young, Burling, Muggli, et al for property located at 5601, 5810, 5526, 5820, 5830, 5817, and 5706 302nd Avenue NE, Carnation, WA, designated department of natural resources and parks, water and land
