                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 117 (Joint Units Agreement) representing employees in the departments of transportation, natural resources and parks, public health and community and human services, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from February 1, 2014, through and including December 31, 2016.
