                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and Professional and Technical Employees, Local 17 (Transit Chiefs - Department of Transportation, Metro Transit Division) representing employees in the department of transportation, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from September 1, 2014, through and including December 31, 2016.
