                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and Professional and Technical Employees, Local 17 (Departments: Public Health, Community and Human Services) representing employees in the departments of

 

public health and community and human services, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2015, through and including December 31, 2016.
