Title
A MOTION approving the report in response to the 2015/2016 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 17941, Section 28, Proviso P1, department of executive services, in compliance with Ordinance 17941; and authorizing the release of $75,000 currently held in reserve.
Body
WHEREAS, the 2015/2016 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 17941, Section 28, Proviso P1, states that $75,000 shall not be expended or encumbered until the executive transmits a report on the impacts of and options for updating the county's wireless telecommunications facility right-of-way use agreement fees and a motion that approves the report and the motion is passed by the council, and
WHEREAS, the King County executive has transmitted to the council a report on the impacts of and options for updating the county's wireless telecommunications facility right-of-way use agreement fees as required by the Ordinance 17941, Section 28, Proviso P1, and this motion approves the report when it is passed by the council, and
WHEREAS, the council has reviewed the department of executive services, facilities management division report;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The report, which is Attachment A to this motion, is hereby approved and the $75,000 currently held in reserve under Ordinance 17941, Section 28, Proviso P1, general fund, is hereby released.
