A MOTION reappointing Marilyn Knight to the citizens' elections oversight committee as the representative of the League of Women Voters of Seattle - King County.
Body
WHEREAS, Ms. Knight has proven herself to be a productive and knowledgeable member and vice chair of the citizens' elections oversight committee, and
WHEREAS, Ms. Knight represents a key constituency in the electoral process, and
WHEREAS, King County is committed to conducting open, accurate and fair elections and to involving citizens in oversight of elections;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
Marilyn Knight is reappointed to serve on the citizens' elections oversight
committee as a representative of the Municipal League of King County for a three-year term ending June 22, 2018.
