      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and Professional and Technical Employees, Local 17 (Departments: Executive Services, Natural Resources and Parks, Permitting and Environmental Review, Transportation) representing employees in the departments of executive services, natural resources and parks, permitting and environmental review and transportation, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from May 1, 2015, through and including December 31, 2016.
