A MOTION approving an annual technology benefits report on the benefits achieved from technology projects.

                     WHEREAS, K.C.C. 2.16.025 requires that an annual report about benefits achieved from technology projects and motion be transmitted by April 30, annually, and

                     WHEREAS, the annual report is a compilation of existing project documents, not a new analysis, and

                     WHEREAS, the annual report contains a section describing any general lessons learned about benefits and how that information might be used in projecting benefits for future projects, and

                     WHEREAS, the report includes benefits from completed projects and expected benefits from projects not yet completed;

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:

                     The IT Benefits Report for Year Ending 2014, which is Attachment A to this motion and complies with K.C.C. 2.16.025, is hereby approved.
