AN ORDINANCE relating to the establishment of NE Tolt Hill Road from a point approximately 1100 feet westerly of the Snoqualmie river to a point approximately 1000 feet easterly of the Snoqualmie river.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. The director of the department of transportation has made an examination of NE Tolt Hill Road from a point approximately 1100 feet westerly of the Snoqualmie river to a point approximately 1000 feet easterly of the Snoqualmie river along the course and description set forth below and has made a favorable report upon the same, as required by RCW 36.81.050.
SECTION 2. Said road shown on Attachment A to this ordinance shall be established as follows: From the beginning point, engineer's station 25+00, to a point 2100 feet easterly, being the centerline of NE Tolt Hill Road, engineer's station 46+00, the road is established at not less than 100 feet in width, having a minimum of 50 feet of such width on each side of the centerline, all exclusive of slopes for cuts and fills, and except for the following:
A. Across the state-owned lands of the Snoqualmie river, not less than 47.34 feet in width, having 23.67 feet of such width on either side of the centerline; and
B. Along the south side of NE Tolt Hill Road westerly of the realigned intersection of West Snoqualmie River Road NE, no additional right-of-way is required.
NE Tolt Hill Road shall be established along the following described centerline: Commencing at the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 20 Township 25 North, Range 7 East, W.M., being a calculated point, having NAD83/91 coordinates of N234303.547, E1369182.030 according to King County Survey; Thence N00°22'27"E along the west line of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 20, a distance of 228.35 feet to Engineer's Station 22+63.45, being a point on the centerline of existing NE Tolt Hill Ro...
