A MOTION authorizing the county executive to enter into a contract with the state of Washington Department of Social and Health Services to provide support enforcement services.

WHEREAS, the state of Washington Department of Social and Health Services desires to provide supplemental support enforcement services to further the interests of children who are not receiving court ordered child support, and
WHEREAS, the county has the resources to provide such support enforcement services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The county executive is authorized to execute a contract, substantially in the form
attached to this motion, with the state of Washington Department of Social and Health Services.
