      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

      SECTION 1.  Ordinance 15333, Section 71, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:

      MHCADS - ALCOHOLISM AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE - From the

alcoholism and substance abuse services fund there is hereby appropriated to:

      MHCADS - alcoholism and substance abuse      $2,258,935
