AN ORDINANCE relating to proviso language in the 2002 4th Quarter Omnibus Ordinance, and the 2003 Budget Ordinance regarding the King County Correctional Facility Integrated Security Electronic Project; modifying certain proviso language; and amending Ordinance 14517, Section 118, as amended, and Attachment B, as amended.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. Ordinance 14544, Section 13, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Ordinance 14265, Section 119, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
From several capital improvement project funds there is hereby appropriated and authorized to be disbursed the following amounts for the specific projects identified in Attachment I to this ordinance.
