STATEMENT OF FACTS:
1.  Immigration and Customs Enforcement is a Department of Homeland Security law enforcement agency.
2.  Immigration and Customs Enforcement has requested the King County sheriff's office participate in a multi-jurisdictional task force.
3.  The county has the resources to participate in this task force.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The county executive is authorized to execute an agreement,
 
substantially in the form attached to this ordinance, with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement to participate in a joint task force.
