      WHEREAS, on November 24, 2003, the metropolitan King County council adopted Ordinance 14797, and
      WHEREAS, the office of management and budget working in conjunction with the sheriff's office has completed, and the county executive has transmitted, the report identifying the level and utilization of regional services and local services provided by the sheriff to contracting cities and other entities.  The report also reviews the cost allocation to determine if the appropriate costs are fully recovered as outlined in Ordinance 14797, Sections 13 and 16;
      NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
 
      The report entitled Review of Sheriff's Cost Book and Allocation Methodology is hereby approved and adopted.
