      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  There are hereby approved and adopted an appropriation of $1,408,704 to the capital improvement program.
      SECTION 2.  Ordinance 14517, Section 118, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
