      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement and eight memoranda of agreement negotiated between King County and Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 587 representing employees in the departments of transportation and executive services and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreements shall be effective from
 
November 1, 2007, through and including October 31, 2010.
