      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and Service Employees International Union, Public Safety Employees, Local 519 (Captains) representing employees in the King County Sheriff's Office and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2005, through and including December 31, 2005.
