BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. This ordinance does hereby adopt and incorporate herein as its findings and conclusions the findings and conclusions contained in the report and recommendation of the hearing examiner dated December 31, 2008, to approve subject to conditions, the application for public benefit rating system assessed valuation for open space submitted by David B. Douglas, Roger C. Douglas, Robert J. Douglas, and Polly C. Lorenz for property located at 21831 - 107th Avenue SW, Vashon, WA 98070, designated department of natural resources and parks, water and land resources division file no. E08CT010, and the council does hereby adopt as its action the recommendation or recommendations contained in the report.
