AN ORDINANCE authorizing the execution of a renewal of an existing lease to support the operation of the department of natural resources and parks.

STATEMENT OF FACTS:

For the lease from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, located at 322 W Ewing Street, Seattle, within council district four, the facilities management division determined that there was not an appropriate county-owned option and successfully negotiated to lease space.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The executive is authorized to execute a renewal of an existing lease for the property located at 322 W Ewing Street, Seattle with the U.S. Army Corps

of Engineers, substantially in the form of Attachment A to this ordinance, and to take all actions necessary to implement the terms of the lease.
