      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement, two memoranda of agreement and one memorandum of understanding negotiated between King County and Joint Crafts Council (Construction Crafts) representing employees in the departments of adult and juvenile detention, natural resources and parks, executive services, public health, community and human services, and transportation and attached hereto are hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreements shall be effective from January 1, 2009, through and including January 31, 2010.
