      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The September 2002 public transportation service improvements for King County, substantially as described in Attachment A to this ordinance, are hereby approved.
 
      SECTION 2.  These transportation service improvements will be implemented effective September 28, 2002.
