      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

      SECTION 1.  Ordinance 12076, Section 40 and K.C.C. 4.12.020 are hereby amended to read as follows:

      Frequency of competitive procurement process.

      Competitive procurement processes by banking institutions to provide ((said)) those services shall occur once every ((three)) five years.
