      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

      SECTION 1.  There is hereby approved and adopted an ordinance making a supplemental appropriation of $1,078,914 to the solid waste operating fund to implement the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 302 Collective Bargaining Agreement for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2006.

      SECTION 2.  Ordinance 15333, Section 87, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:

      SOLID WASTE- From the solid waste fund there is hereby appropriated to:
