      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  There is hereby approved and adopted an ordinance making a supplemental appropriation of $781,283 to the automated fingerprint information system fund, to implement two Memoranda of Understanding between King County and Service Employees International Union, Public Safety Employees, Local 519.
      SECTION 2.  Ordinance 15975, Section 80, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
