A MOTION approving a reporting format for adult and juvenile secure/non-secure custodial populations as requested in Ordinance 14517.

WHEREAS, Ordinance 14517 contained a proviso requiring the executive to develop a reporting format for adult and juvenile secure/non-secure custodial populations, and
WHEREAS, the executive has submitted a reporting format that complies with the proviso requirements to the satisfaction of the council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
A reporting format for adult and juvenile secure/non-secure custodial populations, in substantially the form attached to this ordinance, is hereby approved.
