Title

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the execution of a new lease to support the operation of the department of public health.

STATEMENT OF FACTS:

For the lease from Mountain View Fire and Rescue, located at 39404 244th Ave SE, Enumclaw, within council district nine, the facilities management division determined that there was not an appropriate county-owned option and successfully negotiated to lease space.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The executive is authorized to execute a lease for the property located at 39404 244th Ave SE, Enumclaw, with Mountain View Fire and Rescue,

substantially in the form of Attachment A to this ordinance, and to take all actions necessary to implement the terms of the lease.
