A MOTION acknowledging receipt of a plan in response to the 2023-2024 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19546, Section 19, Proviso P2, as amended by Ordinance 19633, Section 13.
Body
WHEREAS, the 2023-2024 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19546, Section 19, Proviso P2, as amended by Ordinance 19633, Section 13, requested that the executive submit by June 28, 2024, a plan to the council, the receipt of which should be acknowledged by motion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The council acknowledges receipt of the plan, in response to Ordinance 19546,
Section 19, Proviso P2, as amended by Ordinance 19633, Section 13, which is Attachment A to this motion.
