      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The memorandum of agreement regarding interpretation of article 22 (civilian review) of the 2008-2012 collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and the King County Police Officers Guild representing employees in the King County sheriff's office and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2009, through and including December 31, 2012.
