                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The Memorandum of Agreement negotiated by and between King County and the Teamsters Local Union No. 174, representing Station Operator, Truck Driver, Utility Worker (Tipper Classification), Scale Operator, and Signs and Marking Specialist employees working in the fleet, road services, parks, solid waste divisions of the department of local services, the department of natural resources and parks, and department of executive services, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective on the effective date of this ordinance, through and including December 31, 2025.
